We are thrilled to hear about your “green” cafeteria, garden and composting initiatives. Go Edison! We are actually working on a post about DPS lunches and how some are starting a pilot program for healthy lunches. I believe it’s called 4H. Keep an eye out for the post!

We boast the ‘greenest’ cafeteria in DPS – scratch cooking, salad bar, reusable trays and silverware, a huge garden full of produce, and we are investigating large-scale composting.
